OPTIMAL LAYOUT OF THE COMPLEX

Located in the stunning surroundings of Valencia, Golf Residences emerges as a harmonious architectural work that blends luxury, sustainability, and community living.
The residential complex consists of 52 attached single-family homes, arranged to optimize orientation, ventilation, and relationships between the homes. These houses include a basement and two levels that clearly distinguish the day and night areas. The conception began with a vision of elevated living: an enclave that not only embraced the privileged environment of the Bétera Golf Club but also fostered a sense of community among its residents. Imagining a residential complex that combines modern luxury with natural tranquility, the creative process was developed with a commitment to creating homes that are a testament to the seamless integration between architecture and nature. Every idea was aimed at enhancing the living experience and creating a sense of unity among the residents.

SPACES THAT FOSTER COMMUNITY LIVING

The community area, a wide expanse of green spaces at the heart of the project, has become a focal point: a shared refuge where residents can connect, relax, and enjoy. Pools and recreational areas were strategically placed, creating a central hub where the community can thrive.

With the aim of fostering relationships among neighbors, the complex integrates an outdoor communal space formed by a garden adapted to local vegetation. This space includes a pool for children and adults, a large solarium area, and a social room for gatherings and activities. The outdoor and communal spaces are designed to promote a relationship between users and nature through various pathways and vegetated areas. The exterior pathways manage different elevation levels with walkways and ramps, always accompanied by gabion walls and vegetation, making the walk more enjoyable.

AN EFFICIENT COMPLEX

The complex takes into account the importance of outdoor spaces and the responsible management of resources. For this reason, native trees and shrub species were selected, promoting biodiversity and optimizing water resources. Plant species were also chosen for their ability to add color and fragrance at different times of the year. In addition to its focus on biodiversity, Golf Residences was designed with a strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. The complex incorporates renewable energy systems, such as solar panels on the roofs of the homes, which provide clean electricity and significantly reduce the development's carbon footprint. These solar panels not only power the daily energy needs of the residences but also contribute to the lighting of the common areas. The design of the homes maximizes the use of natural light and cross ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and climate control systems for much of the year. The homes are equipped with smart energy management systems that optimize consumption and ensure efficient use of resources.

Additionally, a rainwater collection and reuse system has been implemented for watering the gardens and green areas, ensuring that natural resources are maximized. This holistic approach not only seeks to minimize the environmental impact of the complex but also to create a healthy and sustainable environment for its residents. As the vision solidified, the creation phase began with meticulous attention to the site's unique characteristics. Local materials were carefully chosen to complement the Valencian landscape, anchoring the residences in their natural surroundings and promoting responsible development that respects and harmonizes with the environment.
