Located on the edge of the ocean, on the island of Fuerteventura, the project unfolds as an architectural marvel destined to redefine the relationship between land and sea. The concept was to create villas with boat-shaped roofs. This aesthetic choice not only pays homage to traditional architecture but also infuses the design with an evocative and welcoming dimension. The nautical inspiration is reflected not only in the shape of the roofs but also in the overall layout of the villas, which seem to float above the landscape like ships. During the creative phase, every detail was considered to ensure a perfect synergy between form and function. This includes not only the choice of materials, which are environmentally friendly and extremely durable, but also the arrangement of interior and exterior spaces to maximize efficiency and comfort. Open living areas, large windows, and shaded terraces are designed to take full advantage of natural light and views, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for residents. The choice of environmentally friendly materials underscores the commitment to both sustainability and cultural integration rooted in the Canary Islands. By using local stone, wood, and natural finishes, an environment is created that is both modern and timeless, blending the best of the past and the present.

INTEGRATION WITH THE SEA

These villas are located above meandering sheets of water, with the architecture being flooded by it, offering not only visual appeal but also a sensory connection with the surrounding nature.
