REDEFINING ARCHITECTURE

An innovative design is conceived that breaks conventional boundaries, challenging the traditional perception of form and function. Instead of following the traditional scheme of successive floors, a composition that evokes classic elements is chosen, configuring the building into three superimposed volumes representing the base, the body, and the crown. This approach not only creates a unique and memorable aesthetic but also allows for more efficient and fluid spatial organization. The commitment to evolution and innovation is reflected in every aspect of the design, from the structure to the most meticulous details. The volume is perforated and extended at various points, creating a subtle interplay and a modern image; the façade will be clad in Solid Surface, enhancing these projections and recesses, giving it a slender appearance. BREEAM has accredited the levels of sustainability and energy efficiency as “Very Good”, in addition to verifying that the use of materials and construction techniques were environmentally friendly during its construction.

MILESTONE OF URBAN ELEGANCE

The integration of the hotel into the Mediterranean urban landscape is one of the fundamental pillars of the design. By choosing materials and forms that harmonize with the environment, a composition that evokes the essence of the Mediterranean has been created, respecting and enhancing the city’s aesthetics. The 11-story hotel is located on Avenida de Francia in Valencia, an area of expansion and economic prosperity.

The design of the hotel not only visually blends with its surroundings but also contributes to the dynamism and vitality of the urban community. The goal is for the hotel to enrich the urban experience and become a landmark for residents and visitors.

Inside the apartments, the boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred thanks to the large carpentry dimensions and the continuity of ceilings and floors. The terraces, glazed and wrapped with the same materials used on the façade, offer a beautiful view of the city, enhancing the experience of a unique interior.

BIM TECHNOLOGY

The implementation of BIM technology in all project phases has been crucial to achieving precision and efficiency goals. From the initial conception to construction, BIM technology has enabled maximum geometric perfection and optimal spatial organization. This technology has facilitated coordination between all aspects of design and construction, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Furthermore, the use of BIM is directly linked to the project's aesthetics, allowing for a harmonious integration of form and function, and ensuring that the final design is not only visually impressive but also highly functional and sustainable.

GREEN WALL AND HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS AND COMFORT

The commitment to aesthetics and quality is reflected in the selection of materials used in the project. High-quality materials were carefully chosen to guarantee durability and resistance, while also providing a high level of comfort to guests. It was a significant technical effort involving all project participants: architects, engineers, interior designers, the construction company, and manufacturers and suppliers. Attention to detail in the selection of materials ensures that each space within the hotel is welcoming, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. A notable example of this dedication to quality and comfort is the green wall located in the reception area. This wall not only beautifies the space with its lush vegetation but also improves air quality and provides a sense of natural well-being to guests upon entering. Using a variety of local plants, the green wall creates a smooth transition between the Mediterranean exterior and the hotel interior, underscoring our commitment to sustainability and connection with nature. These materials, combined with meticulous design, create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that sets the hotel apart in the competitive landscape of the area.
