NATURE AS PART OF THE DESIGN
The design of the immediate surroundings prioritises landscape integration through a significant density of vegetation, which acts as a natural frame for the building's geometries and as a filter that softens the relationship with the surrounding urban fabric. The vegetation is not limited to the perimeter of the project, but penetrates strategically into the architectural spaces, generating a direct interaction between the landscape and the living areas.
In addition to their aesthetic contribution, these green areas play an essential role in the environmental sustainability of the project. They contribute to thermal regulation, improve air quality and offer spaces for rest and recreation that enhance the well-being of the users. This approach responds to a contemporary vision of architecture, where nature and the built environment merge to generate a positive impact on both the environment and its inhabitants.
